At Lynx at Vista you may pick and choose from the 27-hold golf course. Although the course is of average length, you will experience the challenge of water and natural woodlands on almost every hole.

The Vista Plantation Golf Course is a challenging 18-hole (par 62) executive course with much water and sand, built around 35 acres of lakes. Located west of Vero Beach on State Road 60, the Vista Plantation community is Vista Properties` newest adult recreational community.

Both courses offer membership as well as daily green fees. They also offer complete facilities including practice range, putting green, pro shop and qualified instruction by PGA professionals.

Vista Communities are ideal for the non-golfer too. The tennis courts at Vista Royale, Vista Gardens and Vista Plantation all feature green, hard surfaces, lights for nighttime play, and have windscreens. If you like jogging or biking or if you enjoy a quiet after dinner walk, you`ll appreciate the miles of scenic roadway in all of Vista`s communities. Enjoy an abundance of programmed activities; health room and shuffleboard, small libraries, card rooms and swimming are all available in Vista communities. Sauna facilities, Kilns, a woodworking shop, sewing rooms and pocket billiards, are additional activities in Vista Royale.



Vista Royale, Vista Gardens & Vista Plantation

There are four floor plans for Vista Royale and Vista Gardens: (2) one bedroom and (2) two bedroom plans. See floor plans enclosed. There are three floor plans for Vista Plantation, (2) two bedroom plans and (1) one bedroom plan.

Each Vista condominium has been designed to include upgraded appliances, wall to wall carpeting, individual HVAC controls, large closets, security locks, private locked mailboxes, washer-dryer on each floor in Vista Royale and Vista Gardens, (in each condominium in Vista Plantation), plus covered parking at Vista Plantation. Also, Paddle fans, mirrored walls, Florida rooms, and some custom interior design to compliment the style of living you might expect in a quality Vista Development.

SEASONAL RENTALS... Vista Royale, Vista Gardens- Anyone interested in leasing during the Winter season may make a pre-season request at any time with no deposit. Lease contracts will be made after August 1st with a $500.00 deposit. There is a 60-90 day minimum on all leases. Leases include cable TV, telephone, utilities and all recreational and social amenities. Golf is extra:

ANNUAL RENTALS... Vista Royale, Vista Gardens- A prospective tenant may make a firm reservation usually 30-60 days in advance of a lease date. Annual leases are for one or more years. Most condominiums are unfurnished. All recreational and social amenities are included. Electricity, TV, and telephone services are the lessee’s responsibility. Golf is extra. SEASONAL RENTALS...VISTA PLANTATION A prospective lessee may make a firm reservation before July 15th without a deposit. After July 15th a $500. Deposit is required at the time of your reservation. There is a 90-day minimum on all leases. All condominium leases include electric, T.V., telephone, and all amenities except golf, which is available by membership or daily green fees.

ANNUAL RENTALS...Vista Plantation A prospective tenant may make a firm reservation up to 30 days in advance of a lease date. Due at that time will be first month’s rent, last month’s rent, and a security deposit of $500 for an unfurnished or furnished condominium. Annual leases are for one year and renewable. Most condominiums are unfurnished, some furnished condominiums are available. Electricity, cable T.V., and Telephone services are the lessee’s responsibility. Golf is extra.

Determining the Market Price of Condominiums

The three factors in determining the market price of condominiums are:

Age/Condition

Location of the building, and the actual position of the condominium (golf course locations are $3,000 to $7,000 more than off-course locations). The porch/Florida Room position determines the descriptive location of the condominium.

Extras: Additions to the basic condominium - Florida Room, upgraded appliances, mirrored walls, paddle fans, etc.
